Nintendo to Replace 3.2 Million Hand-Straps
After continuous negative feedback and several YouTube videos, Nintendo finally admits: Wii messed up; not with the sales of course, but the Japanese company announced they will be ready to replace hand-straps provided with all of the 3.2 million consoles sold worldwide.
“The cutting edge technology that went into the must-have gadget has been let down by the fabric strap which is not strong enough for over-excited gamers.”
“A Nintendo spokesman said the new strap will be twice as thick and British customers should ring a special hotline - 0870 6060247 - for their replacement.”
