Solar Powered Wireless Amplified Speaker
Hmmm, not entirely sure if the idea is practicable, but it’s worth a mention anyway. This Amplified Solar Powered Wireless Speaker sells for AU$199 and obviously claims to be powered by solar energy, having a 50 meter range from it’s transmitter.
This speaker derives it’s power from 7x AA rechargeable batteries that can be charged by two separate sources, either the DC mains plug pack or via it’s inbuilt solar panel mounted on top. The speakers are contained in a robust, weatherproof housing making it ideal for outdoor entertainment.
