Microsoft Officialy Announces “Zune”
Just days after Apple revealed upcoming updates to their players, Microsoft decides to officialy announce their iPod killer wannabe - Zune.
Zune will feature 30GB of storage, 3-inch color screen, Wi-Fi, and a built-in FM tuner. Zune will be unleashed to the shelves either on October or November, just in time for you to save up until it’s Chritmas, coming in white, black or brown.
As you will see in the following videos, there are a lot of promising things about the Zune, the Wi-Fi seems to work flawlessly, and the interface looks quite yummy. But some people claim that the unique music-sharing between Zunes is what’s going to challenge Apple the most:
A song sent from Zune-to-Zune can be listened three times by the receiver, and the flagged on the device for later purchase.
