Apple’s Overhauls

As expected, Apple did update the iPod Nano this year, with the most two noticeable features: a thinnner aluminum enclosure & larger capacities (2-8GB) with a wider price range of $149 to $249. [Link]
Another product that was touched by Jobs’ magic brain was the iPod shuffle, which now has quite a different look with a new dock placement and built-in clip to attach the player to jeans, belts, or a bag. In addition, the Shuffle will now be available in 1GB editions (twice the capacity of the 1st edition) for $79. [Link]
The Shuffle is expected to hit the shelves in October, while the new better-looking Nano’s can already be ordered.
