No kidding, now you can have a Bioengineered Buddy. A company named Bio-Genica has developed these pets using what they define as “Zygote Micro Injection”; While we don’t understand shit about biologic terms, the idea itself seems very exciting.
Genpets will have life span of 1-3 years, they will come in 7 different personalities that you will choose from, and yes, they are real, Genpets are living, breathing mammals.

Its not real. Just another hoax site. The are numerous errors and flaws in the site that reveal that the actual contents not real, The network for example is all build a single site which has been designed incorrectly. The company supposedly owning it uses the legal data of the site it supposedly created, the link being the wrong way around.
The convenient lack of features than enable purchase or real infrastructure, despite the fact it is still impossible to do, and not just for the moral and ethical reasons.

The website mentions that they don’t have authorisation yet, and that the packaged animals are models until the get the ‘go-ahead’.
