Beer Pouring Robot

Asahi Beer RobotSome called this “a match made in heaven” some even claimed “nothing will ever top this gadget “, and it seems that gadget magazines are going crazy over Asahiââ?¬â?¢s Beer Pouring Robots.

And why you ask?

First of all Asahi is giving them for free as a promotion, 5,000 of these lovely machines will be given, all you have to do is collecting 36 seals found on specially marked Asahi beers.

Not only this robot will stock and cool up to six cans and two mugs, but it will also open one and pour the beer perfectly upon the press of a button.

Escapa! - Addicting game

Escapa! Not the daily scoop, but Escapa! can be a nice time-killer if you feel like sleeping in the middle of a slow tech-news day ;)

Basically what you have to do is holding that red box and avoiding the other boxes or the walls, seems pretty easy.

My record is 21.5 seconds, what’s yours?

Video: Bill Gates runs like a girl

Watch the video I found a link to this extremely funny video that actually mocks both Bill Gates and Steve Jobs in a very creative way: Steve Jobs shows Gates running into a conference like a gal, badmouths Google Video and a lot more, just hilarious.

Watch it here.

60 mph in 5 seconds on a bike

Rocket designer & engineer Tim Pickens has created a rocket-bike able to reach 60 miles/hour in just 5 seconds, amazing.

How it works:

Rocket Bike Story1. A toggle switch on the battery pack arms the ignition system.
2. The left-thumb button sends power from the battery pack to an igniter on a model-rocket motor inside the rocket engine, vaporizing the roofing-tar fuel so it can burn.
3. The right-thumb button keeps the nitrous oxide flowing (and the rocket lit) as long as it’s pushed.
4. The left brake lever regulates the flow of nitrous and throttles the rocket

Nintendo Revolution will cost under $300

Nintendo RevolutionSo we already know the Xbox tops $400 and that the PS3 will probably cost the same, but here comes Nintendo’s suprise for now: the new to be shipped Revolution console will cost less than $200.

My two cents: Nintendo know they can’t beat Microsoft nor Sony in performance, so the relatively low price seems like a nice battle plan.

I decided it’s time come up with something more solid-looking, and since i’ve changed the motto of the blog lately, the change was essential, but what do you think of it?
