Lack of cooperation between forums
Element Number 1:Admins don’t cooperate actually in-between this community.

Well, this is a very wide clause, but i’ll try to make it long story-short:
Except Affiliating, which is pretty limited (and transparent these days) i barely see any kind of cooperation between forums. I tried to somehow revive the cooperation spirit by opening Tech Twister which offers great plans for admins, and know why it’s not going right? there’s no cooperation, so it’s pretty much closed circuit which keeps going and going creating apathy, killing the chance for small forums to establish, and slowly biting the establishment of ones.
Now, Vice versa…if there would have been cooperation between forums:
-Small Forums will probably enjoy the cooperation the most. Seeking establishment, they will look to cooperate with other forums of the same size, increasing the precentage of joining members by hundreds.
-Medium Forums will have more chance of remaining active and increase their member count in a decent set rate, which will be later translated into much greater chance to become a big sized forum with various incoming soruces of members.
-Big Forums can become more successful, not by adding even more members, but by stimulating the indifferent and old members who epitomize the current featured of the forum to post more and be more active.
What is there to do? what kind of cooperation? that’s your business!!

I’m not sure what you mean by cooperation…could you explain a bit better? please?

By cooperation i mean projects that are done within both (or more) forums to help eachother and make the project more known.
It can be pretty much anything, for a example a deal that each time forum “X” will find a potential place for advertising, he will also advertise forum “Y”, and vice versa.

Just curious, what did you mean when you called Affiliating transparent?

@Shadow: What i meant is that so many forums are having the exact same affiliating method (that you started by the way
) that it becomes transparent and un-effective since people got so used to it.

I don’t cooperate much between forums, I just post on other forums. I like the owners, I talk to them, like Shadow for instance and we sometimes give each other tips between forum making. But it’s not very public cooperatioin.
